"19 Kids and Counting" star Jill Duggar continues to find herself at crosshairs with fans of her former TLC reality series. This time, she is under fire for sharing a photo of herself, husband Derick Dillard and son Israel where the little boy has a bruise over his eye.
This comes on the heels of another photo of Israel Dillard with a bruise under his eye that was shared by Jill Duggar's husband Derick Dillard on social media.
The little boy has a small noticable bruise over his eye in the sweet pic, causing a firestone of comments about the couple's parenting skills.

In the caption, Michelle Duggar stated of her daughter's missionary work, "We are so glad Derick and Jill were able to find service!"
But critics of the family continue to point out that the baby continues to be pictured with bumps and bruises.
"Israel has been busy showing us new tricks. First it was clapping, then crawling, pulling up into a standing position and waving! He is about to cut his first two teeth, so recently he has been a little fussier than normal. He is usually happy though and loves exploring new areas in the house now that he can move!" wrote a proud Duggar during an update on her Dillard family blog.
Are fans crying wolf when they shouldn't be in regards to the welfare of this little boy?
Most replies to the photo are fans who state that it is completely normal when a baby is learning to walk for them to get bumps and bruises,
Facebook user Margie stated in reply to a thread that questioned the parenting ability of Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard, "We were all first-time parents. Please remember that when you start to judge a picture of baby Dillard. Babies fall, they get hurt and they will get bumps and bruises. He is a cutie pie."
Another social media user named Annette remarked, "I think at this point, people are trying to stir up trouble for the Duggar family, and that's sad."
Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard remain in Central America on a religious mission.
TLC has not formally announced plans to continue filming episodes of "Jill & Jessa: Counting On."
