"Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 11, titled "Unbreak My Heart," might end with Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew) agreeing to get a divorce, but Drew says the couple's story might continue on even after they separate.
"Nothing is ever final in Shondaland," the actress told Entertainment Weekly. "You don't need to be worried whether they end up getting divorced or not, because if they get divorced, their relationship could also crumble at any moment, and if they do get divorced, they could always get back together."
Drew also said that fans just need to relax and watch the show because anything can happen. The actress also teased some of the things fans can expect to see during the Jackson-April-focused episode.
"You get to see quite a journey," the actress said. "There's epic romance, devastation and pain. We get to see them meet each other for the first time, which is really fun."

The actress added that fans should look out for the scene they shot in Jackson and April's apartment.
Meanwhile, a sneak peek at one of the tension-filled events in the upcoming episode has already been released. The one-minute clip shows April confronting Jackson about being served divorce papers at the emergency room.
The two end up continuing their discussion in front of Meredith's (Ellen Pompeo), who is recuperating from an attack. Bailey (Chandra Wilson) is standing outside Meredith's door with a wheelchair.
"Do you have any idea what a slap in the face this is?" April asks, but Jackson does not answer and walks away instead.
