The CW released the official synopsis for "The 100" season three, episode eight and it hinted that there is a chance Marcus Kane will kill Charles Pike in order to save Bellamy Blake.
Carter Matt pointed out that the synopsis for "Terms and Conditions" hinted Kane is going to search for a peaceful way to handle things, but he realizes that he could be forced to take drastic measures.
Meanwhile, Pike begins to suspect that there is a leak within the walls of Arkadia and Raven is going to ask Jasper to help her implement a new plan.
Previously, "The 100" star Bob Morley told Entertainment Weekly that Kane is unhappy that his character Bellamy is listening to Pike and becoming an "emotional-based leader."
"Bellamy has stepped away from a leadership role and under the wing of Kane, is being modeled into a good leader, a balanced leader," he explained. "But as Pike comes along, the lines blur a bit, and Bellamy's emotions do get the better of him. He can't help but be passionate and start to go back to his old ways of being an emotionally based leader, as opposed to a pragmatic leader."
Carter Matt added that "The 100" executive producer Jason Rothenberg revealed that Kane is going to start a revolution and try to oust Pike from power.
If Kane succeeds in gathering enough followers, there is a good chance that he will kill Pike in order to prevent the new Chancellor from starting a war that would lead to the deaths of the Sky People and to save Bellamy from going down a dangerous path.
Carter Matt also reported that Raven is going to help A.L.I.E. hack into the mainframe computer to find a code and is going to reach out to Jasper in order to convince him to take the chip in episode six.
While Abby will attempt to keep Raven away from Jasper in episode six, she cannot protect him forever and there is a good chance Raven will convince the young man to take the chip in episode eight.
Perhaps once Jasper is able to feel no pain and speak to A.L.I.E., he will help Raven gain access to the mainframe and search for the code.
"The 100" season three is currently airing on Thursdays nights at 9 p.m. ET on the CW.
