Has Abby Lee Miller gone too far?
On "Dance Moms," Abby always pushes her cast to the next level, both in competitions and in their entertainment careers. However, this week, the cast may crack under the pressure.
According to Lifetime's description of episode 12, Abby brings in star choreographer, Todrick Hall, to direct a commercial for the ALDC. She also divides the team in groups of three, to see which one will come out on top.
However, for newbie Brynn Rumfallo, the pressure is on, because she must be on the winning team, in order to receive a permanent spot on the ALDC.
"This week, the stakes are really high for me, because I have to win to get a spot on this team," Brynn explained in the episode 12 sneak peek. "I know the moms don't want me here, but Abby does, and she's the only one that counts. I can't let Miss Abby down."
The moms are also feeling the pressure. Kira Girard, mother of Kalani Hilliker, then begins to break down. Kira has been absent for most of the season to take care of her newborn son, so it is difficult for her to be back for this monumental week.
"Maybe it's just everything is coming at you this week, and you're feeling the pressure of being back. It just might be the breaking point," Holly Frazier said to Kira. "It's a very stressful week."
Not all of the moms are as supportive as Holly. Jojo's mom, Jessalyn Siwa, is fed up with Kira's break down, because they have too much to worry about this week.
"Oh my God. Stick a fork in my eye. I am super pissed off at Kira, but I'm willing to let it go, because this is getting pretty pathetic," Jessalyn said. "We have too much going on this week for Kira to have a meltdown."
The new episode of "Dance Moms," titled "Brynn's Big Moment," airs Tuesday, Mar. 22, at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
