It seems as though Abby Lee Miller may have stretched the truth on a recent episode of "Dance Moms."
During the fourth episode of season six of Lifetime's "Dance Moms," Abby broke down over her recent legal issues and informed the moms that she was resigning from her dance studio. This left the moms scrambling, wondering how their daughters would continue to compete without their dance instructor.
However, Abby could not stay away for long, because a new report confirmed that Abby has begun filming season six again. Radar Online reported that Abby was granted permission from the court to travel to Las Vegas for a dance competition.
"According to court papers exclusively obtained by Radar, Miller filed a motion on Jan. 20 to travel from Los Angeles to Las Vegas on Friday, Jan. 22 through Monday, Jan. 25 for work," the site reported.
Abby's competition dance team, the Abby Lee Dance Company, competed in Las Vegas in the Sheer Talent competition. Sheer Talent's website even promoted on their website that the cast of "Dance Moms" would be filming an episode at the competition.
"Experience a Day with the Cast of Dance Moms Shooting a New Episode for Season Six!" the website teased.
However, Abby kept it no secret that she attended this competition. While in Las Vegas, Abby posted a photo on Instagram with three of her students at the Sheer Talent competition on Las Vegas.

Abby is currently preparing to head to court for her fraud case. Back in October, Abby was indicted on 20 counts of fraud, including bankruptcy fraud, all of which she pleaded not guilty to. If found guilty, Abby could face up to five years in jail and a $5 million fine.
Season six of "Dance Moms" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
