"The Walking Dead" star Norman Reedus recently hinted in a new interview that there is a good chance Daryl Dixon is going to face off against Negan in a fight.
According to Comic Book, Reedus said that Negan's arrival is going to shake things up on "The Walking Dead" and Daryl is going to have a confrontation with the new villain.
"There's going to be a fight," he said. "I won't tell you who, when, and where, but I can promise you a fight. About half of us are going to clash with Negan. There's a lot of turmoil in the second half of season six."
For those of you who have not read the comics, Collider revealed that Negan is the leader of a gang called the Saviors and they are based right outside of Washington, DC.
The Saviors plunder supplies and resources from other communities in return for protection against the walkers.
Negan, who will be portrayed by "Supernatural" alum Jeffrey Dean Morgan, will appear in "The Walking Dead" season six finale and executive producer Scott Gimple warned viewers that this new villain is the worst kind of bully.
"Negan is the darkest incarnation of a bully," he explained. "He's a very magnetic character and he is not just a sociopath. He is the star of his own movie."
Aside from the upcoming battle between Negan and Daryl, AMC recently released a new teaser trailer for "The Walking Dead" midseason premiere "No Way Out."
Entertainment Weekly reported that the preview shows Rick Grimes and his group covered in walker entrails as they attempt to sneak past the zombies.
Even though Rick urged the others to stay calm, Sam gets scared and starts to call for his mother.
"The Walking Dead" midseason premiere will air on Sunday, Feb. 14, at 9 p.m. on AMC.
