There's a high probability you've had Rihanna and Drake's "Work" stuck in your head since it came out last month, and, well, it's not going to budge any time soon. The music video dropped yesterday, and we managed to stop focusing on all that undeniable chemistry in order to check out what the songstress, styled by Anna Trevelyan, is wearing. Compared to the epic music videos we've gotten used to seeing from Taylor Swift, all packed with outfit after outfit, Rihanna's is seriously low-key: Aside from arriving in a fluffy, bubblegum pink coat, she spends the entire video in the same outfit (with a second look for the, ahem, second video that's included in the total package).
So, what combo was special enough to keep the star's attention? It's a dress and bikini from Tommy Hilfiger's spring 2016 collection, but the pieces unfortunately aren't available online. The brand took to Instagram to respond to eager shoppers, revealing it'll be impossible to have your own Riri dance-hall moment. "The dress Rihanna is wearing is a special edition runway piece," a rep wrote, pointing to similar styles like this mesh tank.
Both pieces are beach friendly, but the accessories probably won't feel quite right packed next to your sunnies and SPF. The knee-high, metallic-gold Giuseppe Zanotti gladiator sandals aren't made for slipping on and off easily (shop them here), and the singer doesn't skimp on jewelry, packing on necklaces, bracelets, and lots of rings, including pieces from Alexis Bittar, Jennifer Fisher, Erickson Beamon, and Lynn Ban. Her serious choker is a caged piece by Creepyyeha, and what appears to be a scarf or bandana tied on her upper thigh is actually a custom Barbados flag garter created by Venomiss.
The second outfit pulls a few of your favorite '90s throwbacks, including a sparkly spaghetti-strap, open-back tank and a denim skirt (albeit one more ripped than the decade's standard staple). The chunky choker she wore in the video's first part is replaced by a few skinnier pieces that are more like the options you could stock up on at your local Claire's.
