"Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 15 saw Jackson (Jesse Williams) confronting April (Sarah Drew) about not telling him about her pregnancy.
Much to April's dismay, her best friend Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) told Jackson about the baby before she could muster up the courage to tell him herself. Jackson was both surprised and angry, so he wanted April to explain. During the confrontation, April heard what she's been scared to hear: Jackson would have stayed for the baby.
The secret's out in the open now, but it hasn't brought out anything good yet. Arizona confided to Callie (Sara Ramirez), Miranda (Chandra Wilson) and Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) about what happened and tried to justify that she told Jackson about April's secret out of love. All the people she asked to reassure her, however, were firm that what she did was wrong and that April has every right to hate her.

Meanwhile, Jackson tried to make peace with April, but things went sour quickly.
"I waited to tell you because last time tore us apart, literally - neither one of us could help each other, and everyone got hurt," April told Jackson. "I wanted to wait until I knew that everything was okay. I am really sorry, OK? I'm really sorry."
Jackson was not very welcoming of the thought, though, and told April that she waited too long to tell him and now making decisions - alluding perhaps to an abortion - is too late. April was furious and told him that he did not have any right to factor in a decision because he's no longer her husband.
Things may not get resolved in the upcoming episode, though. Below is the synopsis for episode 16, titled "When It Hurts So Bad."
"Meredith regrets taking a step forward with Will; Maggie feels disconnected from Andrew, Amelia considers her relationship with Owen; and Catherine's arrival shakes things up with April and Jackson."
