New spoilers for "Grimm" season five revealed that Adalind Schade is going to try to tell Nick Burkhardt that her Hexenbiest powers have returned.
TVLine reported that NBC released an exclusive clip that hinted Adalind will try to tell Nick that her Hexenbiest powers are back, but she decides against it after seeing that Kelly's father seemed to be avoiding the topic.
Adalind is also so distracted by trying to work up enough courage to tell Nick that she is a Hexenbiest again that she didn't realize the Grimm did not want to talk about what he found in Germany.
"Grimm" star Claire Coffee admitted to TVLine that her character Adalind is terrified that she will revert back to being an evil menace.
"The fear of the evil side of the Hexenbiest taking over is what Adalind was trying to tell Rosalee, even though her friend was trying to say 'you're different now, maybe it will be different this time.' And Adalind is saying no, this thing takes hold of you and controls you," she explained. "I think for the episodes that follow, you'll see bits and pieces of that Hexenbiest weaving back in."
Even though Adalind might not tell Nick that her powers have returned, Coffee's co-star David Giuntoli revealed to TVLine that his character will eventually find out.
Giuntoli also hinted that Nick is going to take the news better than he expected but there could be a love triangle now that Eve is becoming one of the "good guys."
"The Nick-Adalind relationship is going to heat up while Captain Renard goes to the dark side," he said. "Eve also might be going to the good side, which will complicate things with Adalind."
Aside from Nick's complicated relationship with Adalind, CBS also released new promotional images for "Grimm" season five, episode 15.
SpoilerTV reported that the pictures hinted Nick and his friends are going to have to stop a Wesen doctor from stealing the life force of women.
"Grimm" season five is currently airing on Friday nights at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
