Jill Duggar, the star of TLC's "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" appears to be pregnant with her second child in a new Instagram pic where she, husband Derick Dillard and son Israel are seen cuddling.
The daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar seems to be wearing a maternity shirt in the photo taken in El Salvador.
While the photo cuts her off at the midsection, it appears that she has a baby bump.
The photo was taken to celebrate the Easter holiday.
It is likely that Duggar is pregnant again, considering the family's belief in allowing God to dictate the number of children they will bear.
The family eschews formal methods of birth control, as written in their book "The Duggars: 20 and Counting."
Duggar's pregnancy could cause a lot of controversy among fans, who have commented that she should not become pregnant while on her mission due to the Zika outbreak her immediate area.
An Instagram user said the following, "I believe she is pregnant too it looks like it. I mean it looks like her shirt is sticking out where it's cut off at."
The Zika virus is a mosquito-borne illness that can cause birth defects in newborns.
The Deputy Health Minister of El Salvador Eduardo Espinoza issued a statement suggesting that women avoid getting pregnant within the next two years until the virus becomes more contained.
After Derick Dillard posted a photo of himself with a can of OFF! bug spray in a Central American branch of Wal-Mart, fans reacted to the couple's choice.
"I knew I could count on Wal-Mart to have what I need to combat that Zika Virus! #beprepared #zika," Dillard remarked in the caption.
"You should really not try and have children while you are the I am sure there will still be times you don't have OFF! on and why risk it? God will understand if you wait a few months and be safe!" said one Instagram user.
"Jill & Jessa: Counting On" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
