We’ve been watching the contestants on “The Bachelor” fight for Ben Higgins’ heart, and we’re slowly getting closer to who he will pick as his future wife.
There are only two girls remaining, and we can’t help but wonder who the next Bachelorette will be. It will likely be someone who made it pretty far during this current season, and fans, including former bachelorettes are voicing their opinions on Twitter.
Kaitlyn Bristowe voiced that she’s hoping Amanda will become the next bachelorette.
“I’ve only watched one epi of the bachelor, and I stand by my first thought. Amanda for bachelorette,” tweeted Bristowe.
Ali Fedotowsky thinks that Jubilee will be the next bachelorette after her crying episode when was eliminated.
“‘I’m the most unlovable person in the world right now’ is basically an application to be the next Bachelorette #TheBachelor #DidntBenSayThat,” tweeted Fedotowsky.
“Omg I just realized Becca has to be the next Bachelorette. Yes. Ps who is Leah? Am I the only one who is confused?? @BachelorABC,” tweeted Jilian Harris.
Ashley Spivey thought the twins Emily and Haley Ferguson should be the next bachelorette, saying, “Twins for Bachelorette! #TheBachelor.”
E! News asked “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” alumni, who attended Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert’s wedding on Jan. 24, to give their opinion on who they think will be the next bachelorette.
Kaitlyn Bristowe admitted that she hopes for single mom Amanda to snag the title.
“I don’t know why I am so Team Amanda,” said Bristowe. “She seems so sweet and I’m rooting for her for some reason. I really like her.”
Newlywed Roper said that she feels like “all the men” love JoJo.
“I think JoJo would make an amazing Bachelorette. She’s so sexy and cool and outgoing,” said Roper.
Former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman predicted that if Higgins doesn’t end up with Lauren B., then “I think she should be Bachelorette because we need a blonde. We’ve all had the brunettes, I’m partial to brunettes, but I think we need a cute little blonde!”
Caila was also mentioned by several alumni as a standout, and E! News noticed that the franchise has a tendency of going with the third place finisher.
However, Jason Mesnick is rooting for Jubilee, a shy war veteran who lost her family at a young age. She apparently left an impression on viewers, including the former Bachelor.
“I think Jubilee should be the next Bachelorette,” said Mesnick. “She’s beautiful, her story, everything about her is what the Bachelorette should be. That’s who I’m rooting for.”
As far as “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” host, Chris Harrison’s prediction, he couldn’t reveal any details.
