Abby Lee Miller's legal issues are coming back into discussion.
In a new sneak peek of the upcoming episode of "Dance Moms," the moms watch as Mackenzie Ziegler prepares her hip-hop routine for the upcoming dance competition.
There is a lot of pressure on Mackenzie, because she will be dueling against two of her teammates, whom she has to beat.
"Mackenzie loves hip-hop, since we came to L.A.," Mackenzie's mom, Melissa Gisoni, explained. "The stakes are really high for her. She has to beat Jojo [Siwa] or Brynn [Rumfallo], or Abby will never let me live it down."
The conversation then turns to Melissa taking both Mackenzie and Maddie out of the ALDC after season 6. Newbie Ashlee Rumfallo says that the team "started to go down hill," since Melissa confirmed she and her girls were quitting.
Later in the episode, Abby will have a major meltdown, and Ashlee thinks this behavior has to do with Abby's true feelings towards Maddie and Mackenzie leaving the team.
"I just think she wants people here that will support her no matter what she does," Ashlee stated.
The other moms cannot believe what Ashlee is saying, because they have always stood by Abby's side, no matter what she does.
Jill Vertes even goes on to say that during Abby's high-profile tax fraud case, which could land her in jail for up to five years, she and the other moms have supported Abby at all costs.
"Ashlee needs to choose a side. We're trying to work as a team. We're trying to include her, but, really, to say we don't support Abby? Abby has 20 counts of federal indictments under her belt, and we're still by her side," Jill said. "How dare Ashlee say we're not supportive."
The new episode of "Dance Moms," titled "Mack Z Vs. Abby Lee," airs Tuesday, Apr. 19, at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
