Has Jodie Sweetin's time on "Dancing with the Stars" come to an end?
On Thursday, People revealed that the actress had suffered an injury, while rehearsing for week 6 of the competition.
"The 'Fuller House' star injured her left foot during rehearsals Thursday and was taken by ambulance to a Los Angeles hospital," Jodie's representative stated.
They added, "She is awaiting her official diagnosis."
Jodie's rep also confirmed that she was "in good spirits" and had both her fiancé, Justin Hodak, and her "DWTS" partner, Keo Motsepe, by her side.
Jodie's injury came just days after her stellar performance on the most recent episode, which was the cast switch-up. Jodie had danced with Val Chmerkovskiy, and they had great chemistry, due to Val playing Jodie's love interest on an episode of Netflix's "Fuller House."
Jodie and Val had received a score of 35 for the cast switch-up week, which was the second-highest score of the night.
Fans were hopeful that Jodie's high score with Val could keep her out of being in jeopardy of going home, since she has been for the past two weeks of the competition.
It is unlikely that this injury will keep Jodie out of the competition for good, but People did state that it was not confirmed whether or not Jodie would be cleared in time to compete on Monday night's episode.
Monday's new episode is confirmed to be the "Famous Dances Night." According to PureDWTS, Jodie and Keo were scheduled to perform a contemporary piece to Pink's "Try." However, the injury may keep Jodie from performing this dance on week 6 of the competition.
To find out more about Jodie's foot injury, tune in to the new episode of "Dancing with the Stars." The episode airs Monday, Apr. 25, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
