Jennifer Aniston may have let go of the "Rachel" haircut years ago, but she's still holding on to a few key pieces from her Friends wardrobe—for good reason.
In an interview with Vogue, the star revealed that she opted to keep some of Rachel Green's very '90s style pieces (high-waist pants and and spaghetti strap tops, anyone?): "I have certain things I have yet to throw away from my days on Friends," she admitted when prompted with the revelation that the defining decade's style is "back."
"My red squared-toe loafers might actually be making a comeback—that’s awesome," she said. "See, it's coming back—I knew it. I also have those nice high-waisted jeans. I'm so glad I didn't throw any of those out. I loved the '90s."
(We're with her on loving Rachel's '90s style too, even beyond the nostalgia for the show.)
Aniston also reflected on the major beauty moments of her past, concluding that the '80s may not have been the most flattering decade…for anyone: "Sometimes what’s in fashion isn’t always your best friend," she said. "There was a phase in the ’80s where I don’t think anyone was sporting good hair and makeup. The amount of makeup I piled onto my skin and the wonderful hair colors and cuts that my hair went through—I don’t look back fondly on some of those choices. But I do laugh at them!"
Fair. If Jennifer knew then what she does now, she may have worn a few more beachy-chic ponytails.
