Dorinda Medley's bra party is just getting started.
At the end of the most recent episode of "The Real Housewives of New York City," Bethenny Frankel and Ramona Singer confronted Dorinda, over their issues with Dorinda's boyfriend, John Mahdessian.
On the new episode, the drama at the bra party continues, and it becomes much worse, when John drops in and goes off on Bethenny.

3. John crashes the party.
After Bethenny and Ramona clash with Dorinda, John will make a surprise appearance at the party. Almost immediately after arriving to the party, he accuses Bethenny of stealing the name of her Skinnygirl business.
"You stole the name, 'Skinnycow,'" John said to Bethenny, who says that John is "lit up."
Bethenny, however, will not allow John to diminish her business and quickly puts him in his place.
"Don't come in and talk about my business," Bethenny responded.
John then hits below the belt, when he slams Bethenny for her high-profile divorce from ex-husband Jason Hoppy.
"You're jealous, 'cause you can't hold a relationship," John told Bethenny.
2. Is Dorinda and Ramona's friendship over?
Dorinda and Ramona have been friends for 20 years, so it came as a shock to viewers to see them clash on the most recent episode.
After the bra party, Ramona sits down with Bethenny and reveals a troubling text she received from Dorinda, which may have ended their friendship.
"You were my safe place. I loved you," Ramona read in Dorinda's text.
The text then becomes too much for her to handle.
"I'm gonna cry," Ramona said.
1. Bethenny, Dorinda and Ramona go at it again.
In the new episode, Bethenny and Ramona will try to resolve their issues with Dorinda, but it may not go as expected.
Dorinda immediately blasts Ramona for voicing her problems with John in front of the other women.
"Why would you say that?" Dorinda asked Ramona. "It's low-class, it's disgusting, it's despicable."
Bethenny, on the other hand, demands an apology from Dorinda, for everything John said about her.
"You should've walked in an apologized to me," Bethenny said to Dorinda.
The new episode of "The Real Housewives of New York City," titled "The Biggest Boob," airs Wednesday, Apr. 20, at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
