We all know how much Shahrukh Khan loves and adores his family and would love to see his kids pursue a career in acting. While we’ve seen his surrogate son AbRam make his small debut in “Happy New Year,” we have yet to see his other two kids make an appearance as well.
SRK's son Aryan has only made a small debut in a film in the past, but he has yet to make his major appearance on the big screen.
There have been a variety of rumors regarding when Aryan would make his Bollywood debut. Now, SRK is finally speaking up about his son’s plans to star in a film. The “Fan” actor recently admitted that his son doesn’t have any plans to star in a movie yet.
During a Twitter interaction with his fans, SRK was asked about Aryan’s Bollywood plans. the actor calmly explained that they will have to wait and see if there are any plans at all.
“Aryan and Suhana have to study. So for the next 5-7 years, they will be concentrating on studies only,” said SRK in a Twitter post. “Post that, if they want to join films, they may. There is no plan right now of them becoming actor or actress till they finish their studies.”
However, previous rumors made rounds that Karan Johar wanted to launch Aryan in his first Bollywood film.
We all know that SRK and Karan Johar have a strong and special friendship since “DDLJ,” and have done several other successful films together. It won’t be too much of a surprise to know that Johar would like to launch SRK’s son Aryan as well.
The director plans on launching Aryan, who also has a great connection with Johar as well. Fans are excited and can’t wait to see Aryan make his debut in a film as soon as possible, and who better to do it than Johar.
According to Bollywood Life, Johar revealed in an interview that he is looking forward to working with SRK’s kids. When asked what he felt about the other Bollywood actors feeling alienated by him as he work extensively with SRK, Johar said, “I don’t think so.”
“Working with SRK was and is something that I always cherish. I feel whenever there are two people who are strong and close to each other, there is a section of people who are never happy with their closeness,” said Johar. “Shah Rukh is beyond family to me. In fact, my equation with him has moved form him to his kids now. I always tell him, ‘I am going to maintain my youth quotient only because I want to launch Aryan (Shah Rukh’s son). No one else can launch Aryan but me (smiles).”
