The obvious delay in getting season seven of "Sister Wives" off the ground at TLC is rumored to have to do with the "lack of connection" between the polygamist clan headed up by Kody Brown.
Christine Brown's Aunt, Kristyn Decker, revealed in an interview with Radar Online that the delay in the release of season seven of the hit TLC series has to do with a "lack of connection between the women."
"There is a lack of connection between the women. They don't know where to stand when they're talking about their relationship with the other women," she shared to the publication.
"They don't get the quality time they want with their husband. Neither do the children. The spousal connection isn't there. They are happy because they believe they are serving God, or their God. But it is miserable happiness," Decker described of the family's plight.
The family fell into emotional disrepair after it was revealed that Meri Brown felt so alone that she sought companionship from on online suitor.
Meri Brown was later catfished by a woman posing as a man.
Decker also remarked that her niece, Christine Brown is also "miserable."
"I don't believe that she's happy," Decker said of her niece.
Decker also revealed that she cares very much for the family, but believes they need to refocus their relationships away from their unhappiness and towards becoming more unified if they plan to stay polygamists.
"I think the Browns are precious people. They are just misled like I was," she continued. "They were born and raised with it. They are not representing the majority of polygamy."
If the series returns for season seven will TLC focus more on Robyn and Kody's newest addition, daughter Ariella, than fixing the broken relationships of the Brown family in order for the series to smooth things out with fans?
TLC has yet to confirm that Sister Wives" season 7 will officially take place.
