Sugar factory American Brasserie will open its biggest vicinity in December at fashion demonstrate mall, 3200 Las Vegas Boulevard South.

The 17,700 rectangular-foot, two-story place will encompass a 3,000 rectangular-foot chocolate lounge, an indoor dining room, and outdoor patios on both stages.

David Kring is generic supervisor. The shop will employ about a hundred twenty five people with about half of those full time.

Alan Hajjar is widespread contractor on the undertaking.

Sugar factory American Brasserie has headquarters in Las Vegas and Miami. The enterprise has 19 different retailers and is "swiftly expanding," a spokeswoman pointed out in an electronic mail.
