The Wedding Dress Collection That Will Make You Look Like A Disney Princess

Knowing how much people freak about all things Disney and weddings, we predict this bridal collection to cause a bit of hype. Designer Alfred Angelo showed Princess-inspired dresses at his New York Bridal Fashion Week show.

The bridal company (America’s oldest – FYI) first launched the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings bridal collection back in 2014, with dresses inspired by Cinderella, Jasmine, Belle, Ariel, Tiana, Snow White, Repunzel and Sleeping Beauty. Since then he’s expanded the capsule, bringing in Frozen's Elsa, from last year, alongside colourful designs.

In New York, he debuted Mulan and Pochahontus dresses, too, completing the collection of 11 dresses so Disney-centric brides-to-be can emulate any one of their favourite princesses.

The collection was created to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons, an experience, fashion and advice service that provides all kinds of bonkers ideas like ballrooms, carriages and castles.

‘We are excited to have two powerful and brave heroines serve as an additional source of inspiration for the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings collection this year,’ says Bill Pesce, Head Designer at Alfred Angelo. 'Their independent spirits, diverse story-telling and strong personalities are characteristics that modern brides can relate to.’
