Josh Duggar celebrated his 28th birthday on March 3, but was he home in Arkansas with wife Anna and his extended Duggar family instead of in the faith-based rehab he's called home for the past six months?

"Today is our son Josh's birthday. The heartache of the past year cannot surpass the joy 28 years ago on this day when we first became parents!" Jim Bob and Michelle wrote.
"We love you, Josh, and believe your best days can be ahead of you. We continue to pray for you every day," stated the post.
But family photos posted on the clan's official Facebook page led fans to believe otherwise.

Just days ago, the Duggars posted a photo of Josh's wife, Anna Duggar, wearing what appeared to be baggier clothing than usual in a photo with her sisters-in-law in the family kitchen.
After Anna Duggar visited her husband in rehab in multiple times, it was reported that the reality stars were expecting their fifth child as a way to cement their shattered marriage vows.
"Anna announced that she thinks she is pregnant," a family insider told Life & Style via Radar Online.
"She believes the baby is a sign that God has forgiven Josh for his many sins, and she's vowed to stand by her husband," continued the insider in the interview.
Since Josh Duggar was admitted to rehab in August of 2015, Anna Duggar has raised her children alongside her extended Duggar family in-laws, moving into the girls large bedroom with her four children.
The Facebook page, "The Duggar Family: Life is not All Pickles and Hairspray" speculated that Josh Duggar is likely home or will be returning home shortly from rehab.
TLC has brought forward the first season of "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" after the limited-run series, which premiered in December of 2015, debuted extraordinarily well for the network.
The first episode of "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" premieres March 15 on TLC.
