"Good Morning America" host Ginger Zee is worried that her demanding new schedule on "DWTS" will keep her away from newborn son Adrian longer than she would like to be.

The gorgeous meteorologist will be a season 22 competitor on "Dancing with the Stars," beginning in less than three weeks.

Zee gave birth to her first son with husband Ben Aaron, Adrian, in December of 2015.

She is scheduled to return to work on "GMA" March 14 after a three-month maternity leave.

Entertainment Tonight revealed that Zee is "worried" about the demands this will make on both her personal and professional life.

To compete in the series, Zee will have to regularly commute back and forth to Los Angeles from New York City, where "Good Morning America" is filmed from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., EST weekdays.

The meteorologist will continue her hosting duties on the ABC morning news show alongside her "DWTS' gig.

"[Joining the show] now makes just as much sense as any other time in my life, I think even more so because I'm going to come back to work," Zee commented on the challenge to take on both tasks.

"Everybody always wonders, 'How do moms juggle?'" she said. "I think there are a ton of moms in America that do it great. I hope to do just as well as them -- I'm just adding a little dance on top of it!"

Zee's biggest worry is of her son Adrian, who is only three months old.

"I always want to make sure that [my son] Adrian comes first -- my son is going to be No. 1, no matter what," Zee stated to ET.

"If something happened, I would, of course, be like, 'Sorry, Val! I can't do it. I've got a kid.' But I think he's healthy, he's happy and I just want him to be proud of his mom," she commented of her son.

"I'm lucky [because] ABC, Val -- everyone's so supportive," she added. "My husband [Ben Aaron] -- I've got a great team around me and it takes a village to raise a child. It's just going to be a bigger village now."

Zee, who is partnered with Val Chmerkovskiy, already has her on-camera pro's support.

"I think Ginger is super capable and mentally ready for the challenge," said the dance professional and season 20 mirrorball winner.

"The schedule's going to be a little tough, especially with having to travel back and forth between Los Angeles and New York," Chmerkovskiy explained.

"She has to do a morning show every single day so that's going to be tough, but -- Ginger wants to do it, I want to help in any way possible and I think we're going to make it work!" he encouraged of his determined partner Zee.

"Dancing with the Stars" debuts season 22 on March 21 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
