"Grimm" co-executive producer Jim Kouf recently sat down to discuss the fifth season and hinted that a major change for Adalind Schade is coming.

Kouf told Yahoo!TV that Adalind is going to undergo a shocking change in the upcoming episodes and his comments could be a sign that she will regain her Hexenbiest powers.

"Adalind is going to go through a shocking change," he warned. "What I find interesting about the show is that nobody is 100 percent good or 100 percent villain. They change over time and depending on circumstance. They wax and wane through different situations and emotions."

"Grimm" co-executive producer David Greenwalt also hinted that there will be deadly consequences for Nick and Monroe now that they have the legendary keys in their grasp.

"The good thing is that the story keeps morphing," he said. "What they discover at the end of episode 100 opens up a lot of doors and introduces more questions and possibilities so it actually allows us to explore a whole other universe of ideas. There is a lot of chaos coming. Nobody is safe."

Greenwalt added that Black Claw is also going to try to extend their power in an upcoming episode and recruit other wesen to their cause.

"Portland is geographically important in the Pacific Northwest and there's a good chance that Black Claw has plans for Renard," he explained. "Black Claw's influence is reaching into more and more areas in an effort to upset the apple cart."

Aside from the possibility of Adalind regaining her Hexenbiest abilities, NBC recently released new promotional images from "Grimm" season five, episode 13.

SpoilerTV reported that "Silence of the Slams" is going to revolve around Nick and his friends trying to stop a mask maker from targeting wesen in order to create luchador masks for his clients.

The images showed the mask maker being targeted by one of his clients, who is clearly wearing the face of a deceased wesen. The photo also hinted that whoever wears the wesen mask also gains the supernatural creature's ability.

"Grimm" season five is currently airing on Friday nights at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
