The CW recently released an exclusive clip from "The Vampire Diaries" season seven, episode 15 and the video hinted that the vampire hunter Rayna Cruz is trying to kill Stefan Salvatore and Valerie Tulle.
Zap2It noted that the preview showed Stefan flirting with Valerie as they try to escape the relentless vampire hunter Rayna Cruz, who is trying to kill them both.
Apparently, Stefan used up the last of the magical herbs Freya Mikaelson gathered for him in "The Originals" crossover and now he's trying to find the same plants so he can live a relatively normal life.
However, Valerie attempted to cheer her old flame up by pointing out that being normal is boring and living life on the run will at least make things interesting.
Previously, E!Online pointed out that "The Vampire Diaries" recently revealed that Caroline Forbes was upset at the thought of Alaric Saltzman taking his twin daughters to Texas without her and offered to help him watch the little ones during the move.
Even though it appeared as if Caroline and Alaric are growing closer, "The Vampire Diaries" co-executive producer Julie Plec hinted to Entertainment Weekly that there's still a chance Caroline will reunite with Stefan in the future.
Plec revealed that Caroline is going to have to make a choice about whether or not she should go into hiding with Alaric or if she should reach out to her former friends, which includes Stefan.
"Caroline and her future family are officially in jeopardy," she explained. "There is no peace right now and after three years of living a relatively normal life, she and Alaric have huge decisions to make. Do they stay away from these people that used to be their friends? Does she go into hiding without him? Will they get married? Will she ever talk to Stefan again? There's a lot of great conflict coming up as we try to figure out if Stefan is going to be able to make things right with her."
"The Vampire Diaries" season seven is currently airing on Friday nights at 8 p.m. ET on the CW.
