"Twilight" star Robert Pattinson is unlike most actors his age. Many of his peers either want to write movies or direct, but Pattinson's interests lie elsewhere.
"I've started making clothes. For the last two years, I've been visiting producers and craftsmen. There's already quite a few pieces. I love doing it," he told Numero Magazine.
He continued, "My style is influenced by the cities I go to, sourcing fabrics and local skills. In Los Angeles, it's really easy to work with denim and do workwear inspired clothes. In England, I look more towards wool and knitwear. What I do is pretty multifaceted, clothes for men and for women, things that I make with friends."
Pattinson then said that he is not going to share any more details about his clothing project because he does not want to "jinx" it.
"I've accepted the idea that it takes time for the most amazing projects to come into existence. Crazy things are the most fragile things. Sometimes they collapse," he said.
This is probably the reason why Pattinson prefers to be tight-lipped about things that are important to him, such as his upcoming nuptials with singer FKA Twigs.
Even his "Twilight" co-star Kellan Lutz said that Pattinson does not talk about his wedding plans with him, so he doubts he will get an invite.
Lutz told Entertainment Tonight that he "love(s) the guy to death, and we always hang out when he's in town or I'm in town."
However, Lutz said Pattinson prefers "doing stuff private" and that he is "super selective" about his guest list.
Lutz believes that if he wants to be a part of Pattinson's big day, he might have to take a direct approach.
"I might text him... and say 'Hey, if you're ever thinking about tying the knot, you better make sure I'm there,'" he jokingly said.
