"American Gods" executive producer Bryan Fuller recently posted two funny pictures on Twitter that showed stars Ian McShane and Jonathan Tucker wearing flower crowns.

Fuller posted two hilarious images on Twitter of McShane and Tucker wearing flower crowns as they get ready to film the first season.

He also tweeted a set photo that showed director David Slade rehearsing the first scene of "American Gods" with star Ricky Whittle.

Neil Gaiman recently visited the set of "American Gods" and posted a few behind-the-scenes images on Twitter, including one image that showed Fuller watching behind the camera as McShane said his first lines as the enigmatic character Mr. Wednesday.

Aside from the new set photos, STARZ announced that they have added a few more cast members to the first season of "American Gods."

TVLine reported that Cloris Leachman is going to play Zorya Vechernyaya, who is the eldest of three sisters that watch over the constellation, guarding them against horrors that have been forgotten by mere mortals.

Meanwhile, Peter Stormare landed the role of Czernobog, who is the Slavic god of darkness and evil.

Chris Obi is going to play Anubis, the jackal-headed ancient Egyptian god of mummification and the deity who guided deceased souls to their eternal rest in the afterlife.

Finally, Mousa Kraish has been tapped to play the Jinn, who was said to be a mythical creature made of fire in Gaiman's original novel.

"American Gods" is going to revolve around an ex-con named Shadow Moon taking a job as a bodyguard for a mysterious man known only as Mr. Wednesday.

As the two men travel across the United States, Shadow discovers that the old gods of mythology are still alive and are gearing up to fight a war against the modern gods of technology.

Shadow is even more stunned when he discovers that Mr. Wednesday is actually the incarnation of the Norse god Odin, who was once known as the AllFather.
