In the "Descendants Of The Sun" epilogue episode, actor Song Joong Ki shared behind-the-scenes story on filming the wine kiss scene. The wine kiss scene, which appeared on episode 5, was Yoo Shi Jin (Song Joong Ki) and Kang Mo Yeon's (Song Hye Kyo) first kiss scene in the drama.
"Director told me to keep staring at Kang Mo Yeon intently," the actor said in the epilogue episode according to Asiae, "At first I didn't quite understand, but I understood the meaning behind it as I was filming the wine kiss scene."
Camera director Kim Shi Hyung of the popular drama also spilled the beans on what it takes to film the most romantic kiss scene. "Usually, they film about 100 times in different angles," Kim said according to White Paper, "The last kiss scene was shot in Greece. Song Joong Ki made mistakes a lot."
