After Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth officially split and broke off their engagement, the “Wrecking Ball” singer allegedly reached out to her ex-fiancé telling him that she was sorry for pushing him away, but unfortunately that didn’t bring them back together.
Cyrus had hopes of reconciling with Hemsworth, and now after two years of calling off their engagement, the former love birds have reportedly reconnected.
A variety of reports stated that Cyrus and Hemsworth have been back together for a few months now, and after being silent about the rumors, Hemsworth finally speaks up about the engagement rumors.
While promoting his ‘90s reboot movie “Independence Day: Resurgence,” Hemsworth tried to dodge all personal questions regarding his rumored re-engagement. Although Cyrus has been spotted with her engagement ring numerous times by the public, she’s been able to keep her relationship on the down-low.
According to Teen Vogue, Hemsworth admitted that he made the decision to remove himself from all the gossip and rumors completely.
“I don’t Google myself anymore,” said Hemsworth in an interview with Studio 10 in Australia. “Honestly, I don’t see any of it. I know it’s there. I know there’s a lot of attention there, but it doesn’t play in on my life. I don’t allow it to affect me in any way.”
The host then continued to bring up the idea of marriage and Hemsworth simply responded, “There’s no news there that you should know about.”
Recent rumors have been circulating that Cyrus and Hemsworth are planning on moving in together.
According to Woman’s Day magazine (via Daily Mail), Hemsworth has reportedly been on the hunt for a new home with Cyrus. His brother Chris Hemsworth recently moved to Byron Bay with his wife Elsa Pataky and their three children last year, and it looks like Liam might be following in his footsteps.
However, a source told Daily Mail Australia that Liam hasn’t been to Byron Bay since spending New Year’s there with his fiancé, Chris and Elsa.
“As yet, our office hasn’t heard that he’s looking at particular properties,” said a real estate agent to the publication. “But it wouldn’t surprise me. Liam is fond of the place and he is close to his brother.”
The real estate agent added, “[Liam] sees the transition that Chris and Elsa have made [from L.A.]. He sees the lifestyle his brother has.”
Despite the rumors of their relationship being on the rocks, it looks like everything is just fine between Cyrus and Hemsworth.
Cyrus and Hemsworth have been facing a lot of speculation that the two of them broke up again after just getting back together, but sources insist that the rumors are false.
