After being in some of the hottest Bollywood movies, Priyanka Chopra has made her way into the Hollywood scene with the new ABC hit series “Quantico.”
Now, she's bagged a role in her first Hollywood movie, "Baywatch," which also stars Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson. Chopra has been making it big in the Hollywood scene, but is she loosing touch of the Bollywood industry?
Chopra is aware of her absence in the Bollywood industry, but admits that she can’t do everything. She revealed that she plans to have the best of both worlds and is not stopping anytime soon.
The actress recently wrapped up her TV show “Quantico” at the moment and is busy with “Baywatch.” After being asked what her plans are for the future, Chopra admitted that she is living her dram and doesn’t want to skip anything that comes her way.
According to Bollywood Life, during an interview, Chopra talked about the worries of losing out on Bollywood projects, but has no regrets.
“Naturally. But I can’t do everything. And that breaks my heart. But I have a commitment. Not to Hollywood but to ‘Quantico,’ because the show has been renewed for a second season. So I will be gone for 6 months. The rest of the year is for films, whether that is Hindi or English films, I will decide. This year, I have taken up ‘Baywatch’ and I will take on another Hindi film. The next year, I may do two Hindi or English films, it all depends on what I’m offered. But as long as people want to watch me in Hindi cinema, I will be there. This is my heart and soul,” said Chopra.
Chopra has accomplished a lot in Hollywood and Bollywood that she was recently named one of the top most influential people of today.
Chopra was recently featured in Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World. She shares the title with other big-name stars like Leonardo Dicaprio, Tennis ace Sania Mirza, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Adele, Ariana Grande, Aziz Ansari and more.
Chopra shared the exciting new on Twitter and expressed her gratitude saying, “What a way to start the day! #Time100’s list of achievers! Humbled, overwhelmed and feeling so blessed!”
