Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi is letting fans get a glimpse into her medical battle.
The "Shahs of Sunset" star has been very open about her battle against rheumatoid arthritis, but what she must do next, may be the most painful part of her journey thus far.
In a sneak peek of the new episode, GG and season 5 newbie, Shervin Roohparvar, head to see GG's doctor, so she can get stitches removed from the hand she had surgery on.
On the way to her doctor, GG reveals that, due to being so afraid, she took an "anti-psycho" pill.
However, GG is a bit less nervous, since Shervin is there beside her, which he has been doing for all of GG's medical journey.
"Shervin was in the hospital with me when I got my surgery," GG explained. "He was there before I went under. He was there when I woke up."
GG is happy to have Shervin there with her, but this is something she had wished Mercedes "MJ" Javid had been there for.
"Normally, MJ would be with me, but she has a new boo and doesn't have time for her girl, so I'm going with Sherv," GG said.
When GG takes the cast and bandages off of her hand at the doctor's office, she reveals a long string of huge stitches, that run down from her ring finger to the center of her palm.
This is clearly a painful procedure for GG, because she screams out numerous expletives while getting the stitches out.
"Sweet f**king mother of God!" GG exclaimed.
GG even thinks of a very specific way to describe the pain she is experiencing.
"It feels like my vagina's being pulled through my mouth and out," GG said.

The new episode of "Shahs of Sunset," titled "Oy Vey, MJ!" airs Sunday, Apr. 24, at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
