Now that Ben Higgins is happily engaged to Lauren Bushnell, JoJo Fletcher, who was the runner-up on the season finale, was recently announced as the new “Bachelorette” for 2016.
Fans were excited to hear that Fletcher will be searching for love on the TV show, and we're already getting some inside scoop into the new season.
We’ve been hearing about a lot of details behind the new season of “The Bachelorette,” but one surprising rumors that’s making rounds is about Fletcher’s new appearance for the show.
According to Radar Online, ABC gave Fletcher some free surgery procedures before she started filming for “The Bachelorette.” A plastic surgeon apparently told the publication how Fletcher went under a number of procedures and she looks different in a promo for season 12 of the show.
“The tip of her nose dropped some, which may simply be age or rhinoplasty,” said Dr. Susan Evans to Radar Online. She further explained that Fletcher may have “used some calcium hydroxy appetite in her nasal labial folds, laugh lines and in her chin area. She used fillers to soften her facial lines.”
Another surgeon told the publication that it looks like Fletcher underwent a breast augmentation.
“I see some subtle evidence of lip fillers and breast implants,” said Dr. Michael Salzhauer to Radar Online. “Juvederm most likely to the edges of the lip line.”
Fletcher is already down to her final four guys and is just days away from her overnight dates, with just one hometown date remaining.
People magazine recently got the first look at the official poster for the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette.” It shows Fletcher laying down while wearing a sparkly red gown complemented by raining rose petals. The poster reads, “From Ben to 26 new men.”
Fletcher also talked about her experience on Higgins’ season, admitting that it helped her realize what she really wants in a man.
“The conclusion was that it happened, I was lucky to have gone through that, I learned so much and now I know what I want and I know what I deserve,” said Fletcher, adding that she wants “someone who makes me laugh, someone who is kind and genuine and adventurous.”
“I want to find my husband,” said Fletcher. “I want to find the person who will complete me and who will love me as much as I love him. I’m more ready that ever!”
“The Bachelorette” Season 12 premieres on May 23 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
