More scandal has rocked Tony Raines's world.
As we recently reported, "The Challenge" and "Real World: Skeletons" star had been arrested, earlier this month, for drinking in public.
According to TMZ, the night began when Tony was reported to have almost struck a pedestrian in a motel parking lot, but he was not arrested.
The then arrest came after Tony almost hit a car in a Burger King parking lot, later that night. When police arrived to the scene, they found an open can of Budweiser in his car, so he was arrested for drinking in public.
Luckily, for Tony, he avoided a DUI, since his car was parked.
However, Tony's legal issues took a turn for the worse. On Wednesday, TMZ reported that the MTV star failed to appear in court, so a warrant was issued for his arrest.
"Now with the warrant, he's facing up to 15 days in jail and a $262 fine," the site reported.
Besides his arrest and jail time, Tony recently made headlines, due to expecting his second child. This baby's mother is Alyssa Giacone, who is Tony's on-again-off-again girlfriend.
"11 years in the making...#BabyOnTheWay #DueInNovember," Tony captioned the Instagram post, which announced Alyssa's pregnancy.
"Challenge" fans were outraged at Tony's new baby, since he had just welcomed his first baby with then girlfriend Madison Channing in February.
Despite all of his recent scandals, Tony will appear on the upcoming season of "The Challenge," titled "Rivals III." For this season, Tony will be paired with his "Battle of the Bloodlines" nemesis, Camila Nakagawa. Tony and Camilia clashed on the most recent season of "The Challange," due to Tony calling Camila's sister, Larissa Nakagawa, weak.
The latest installment of "The Challenge," titled "Rivals III," premieres Wednesday, May 4, at 10 p.m. EST on MTV.
