This week, Carmen Electra was spotted in Thousand Oaks, Calif. enjoying Tilted Kilt's off track betting, gearing up for the Kentucky Derby. 

While placing her bets, the actress, who once dated the late musician Prince, rocked a skin-tight pair of gray jeans, a leopard print blouse and open-toed, caged ankle booties. She also got into the Derby spirit wearing a stripes straw floppy hat from Sears. 

The "Baywatch" bombshell recently celebrated her 44th birthday and couldn't look any better!
