Chris Brown faced a lot of criticism after assaulting Rihanna, and after being charged and sent to jail, he apparently misses the “Work” singer even more.
Reports state that Brown still has feelings for Rihanna and isn’t happy to see his ex-girlfriend getting close to Leonardo DiCaprio.
According to Hollywood Life, a source revealed that Brown is “hurt” and “stunned” to learn that Rihanna has been hanging around with DiCaprio again.
“Chris thought Rihanna was done playing around with bad boys who don’t want to commit. He was stunned a little bit to hear she’s back in Leo’s arms and whispering in his ear,” said the source.
Brown apparently isn’t over Rihanna and the source added, “That [Rihanna and DiCaprio getting cozy] hurt him a bit because he still has feelings for her.”
Rihanna has been making random appearances with the Academy Award Winning actor. After they were spotted together at Coachella’s after-party, the Neon Carnival, they sparked dating rumors again. They were spotted together again at the opening of a nightclub in Las Vegas over the weekend, which added fuel to the fire. According to EW, Rihanna and DiCaprio were “whispering in each other’s ears.”
After keeping quiet about the assault with Rihanna, we finally get to hear from Brown in his upcoming documentary, “Welcome to My Life: The Official Chris Brown Documentary.” The movie will reportedly focus on his rise to fame as well as the 2009 assault.
However, when we heard about Brown speaking up about the assault case in his documentary, we couldn't help but wonder how Rihanna would feel about it. The “Work” singer apparently supports Brown and approves of him talking about the tragic night their fight happened.
“She knew about the documentary. Chris told her he was considering doing a documentary and that he would be talking about that nightmare night,” said a source to Hollywood Life. “At first she was surprised he wanted to go public with this, she cautioned him that he had to be mentally and emotionally prepared to go back and relive it. However, he reassured her that this was something good, something he wanted to do. She supported him, and still supports him. She’s proud of how far he’s come and understands his reason for going forward, protecting Royalty. Chris has her blessings.”
