On Sunday, May 1, celebrity advocates stepped out to support the 4th annual Raise a Child HONORS Gala and Fundraiser at The Jim Henson Lot in Los Angeles..
Jillian Michaels along with partner Heidi Rhoades received the "Let Love Define Family" award recognizing their advocacy for foster and adoption programs. Their adopted daughter Lukensia ("Lu") presented them with the award in a touching moment for the family.

Additional celebs, including Jon Cryer and Alec Mapa, arrived to show their support for Raise a Child, a non-profit foundation that aims to help LGBT and Latino communities build families through fostering and adoption. This year, attendees helped raise a record-breaking $150,000 for the foundation through ticket sales, a silent auction, and generous donations, ultimately bringing children across the country one step closer to finding their forever families.
