ABC TV series “Quantico” premiered Sept. 27 at 10 p.m. and introduced the members of the FBI academy’s newest class. It showcased the destruction by a fledgling agent who staged one of the worst attacks on America since 9/11.
“Quantico” finally returned for the second part of its season on March 6 and many viewers witnessed Priyanka Chopra’s character, Alex Parrish, get closer to finding out who the real bomber is.
All season long, we’ve been following Chopra’s character, Alex Parrish, to find out who the terrorist is. The disembodied “Voice” who has led Alex and the crew around has finally been revealed.
Drew Perales appears to be the Voice. He joins the present-day plot as Shelby and Alex hunt down the one lead they have: Simon Asher. Since he ostensibly helped Will build the nuke, they figure he suffered the same radiation sickness as Will. When they check hospital records, they find a John Doe who matches Simon’s basic description. However, we haven’t seen Simon in the present day until now.
Drew tells Alex that Ryan is behind everything, and gives a USB stick loaded with a program that will search his computer for evidence. When she uses it, though, Drew calls and tells her it did the opposite: It planted evidence on Ryan’s computer to he’d take the blame, which means Drew has another step to his plan.
Alex has to drive Ryan’s car to the location that he gives her, as Miranda and Ryan chase her, and the nuke is in the car. Shelby is the only other person who knows that Drew is the Voice.
However, the fact that the season isn’t over just yet, hints that there is a twist to come and that someone else from the original NATS group is actually the terrorist.
