"Thor: Ragnarok" star Chris Hemsworth definitely has a good sense of humor. Even after being excluded from Marvel's latest film "Captain America: Civil War," he is still helping promote the movie by cracking jokes and pretending to bash it.

Joe and Anthony Russo, the directors of "Captain America: Civil War" shared a video on their Facebook page showing Hemsworth doing pull-ups.

"You know it's funny. People keep on asking me if I'm Team Cap or Team Iron Man. Who cares," Hemsworth said. "I mean, where was the invite for me and Hulk? Just leave the two biggest, strongest Avengers out of this one did ya?"

"Was this one for the kids? Where the kids have to scrap and run and we just sit on the sidelines?" he continued. "Well now they're done messing around and the big boys will step in."

Hemsworth then pretended to feel a bit insecure as he reflected, "Or maybe I'm not worthy? Maybe I can't even pick up the hammer anymore? Let me see."

When he extended his hand and called out for Thor's hammer Mjölnir, the weapon flew to him.

"Still got it," bragged Hemsworth. "Still very, very light. Very light. You're all pathetic."

He then stops his workout, flies out of shot while making his own whoosh sound.

Meanwhile, Joe Russo returned the favor to Hemsworth by drumming up some excitement for "Ragnarok." He told Newshub that getting Taika Waititi to helm the third "Thor" film is a "fantastic" idea, and he can't wait to see what the director comes up with.

"I think Marvel has been absolutely brilliant in some of their choices and Taika is a home-run. Tonally, he's one of the nicest guys in the world. He's super smart, super funny, he's going to bring so much to that project. I'm really excited about what he's going to do with it," he said.

"Thor: Ragnarok" will be released on Nov. 3, 2017.
