Chrissy Teigen: model, author, protector of all mothers.
Teigen came to the rescue of fellow mom Kristin Cavallari after the former reality star was publicly called out on social media for her children's weight.
It began when Cavallari posted a shot on Instagram of her sons at the beach. Before long, people commented on the photo saying that the mom starved her children and that her sons, Camden, 3, and Jaxon, 2, were dangerously underweight.
Cavallari fought back with sarcasm, responding, "Yep, I starve my children. Just blocked the most people I’ve ever blocked in my entire life. Happy 4th hahaha.”
Teigen, who is no stranger to criticisms on her parenting style, also defended Cavallari on Twitter, replying to an E! News story on the incident.
Teigen has faced her fair share of mommy-shaming in the few months since having baby Luna. She has been called out for going out to dinner with her husband, John Legend, soon after her baby was born, for wearing a crop top post-pregnancy and for choosing a female embryo through in vitro.
Earlier this year, Cavallari was also under fire for sharing a goat's milk baby formula recipe on People that was later deemed unsafe.
Regardless, Chrissy (and Luna) have K-Cav's back in case any mommy-shamers get any more ideas.
