Bridal shop Sued for No Return policy on $12k dress

The bridal store featured on TLC's hit tv reveal "Say sure to the costume" gave a woman the wrong size gown for her wedding, yet wouldn't refund her thousands of bucks. So she claims in a new lawsuit.
Randi Siegel-Friedman just filed suit against Kleinfeld Bridal in ny for refusing to refund simply over $12,000 for a custom dress she says did not even fit come time for her marriage ceremony.
Within the docs, she says she found out the good and backside of the dress had been the wrong measurement just just a few months shy of the ceremony. adding insult to damage, she says the bottom wasn't the cloth she picked.
Since her date changed into right around the corner, Randi says she ended up getting a pattern gown off the rack. When she tried to come back it for a refund ... she say Kleinfeld informed her to shove it.
It's standard math, Randi wants her $12k lower back.
We've got reached out to Kleinfeld Bridal where they say they have not considered the suit and wish time to evaluation it.
