The 11th annual pageant of Arts fashion exhibit Sunday in Laguna seaside spotlighted competition exhibitors designing outfits featuring most effective recycled, reclaimed and reused substances.
A panel of judges together with competition of the Masters director Diane Challis Davy, costume dressmaker Alex Jaeger and Radar on-line leisure Editor Alexis Tereszcuk selected winners in loads of classes.
The competition of Arts continues each day via Aug. 31 at 650 Laguna Canyon highway.
