(Photo : Screen Grab/19 Kids and Counting/TLC) "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar maintains his innocence as his court case moves forward against Danica Dillon's claims the two met on two separate occasions for sexual encounters. He and wife Anna Duggar (pictured) continue to work towards restoring their marriage.

Josh Duggar has set a court case for claims made against the "19 Kids and Counting" star where he was accused of battery by pornstar Danica Dillon.

In response to the upcoming court case, Dillon has made both her Instagram and Facebook accounts private. Her Twitter account is still public.

Dillon accused Duggar of forcing her to have rough sex during an encounter which he paid for in early 2015 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The porn star alleges that Duggar paid her for sex, then choked her and spit in her face.

Dillon also revealed according to Radar Online, that she has photos that prove she was with Duggar, and medical records that prove he did physical harm.

On the other hand, Duggar says he has receipts and other evidence to prove he was not in Philadelphia and with Dillon during the time she has specified in her court papers.

Updates regarding the court case can be found at Pacer Monitor.

The case is set for May 25th, according to official court records and will likely go to trial unless the parties involved settle their difference before that time.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, Josh Duggar has submitted for review the record that shows he was not with Dillon during the time she specified in her case.

Dillon has filed a request for an extension, according to The Hollywood Gossip, to give her more time to gather the items to support her case.

The porn star made her accounts private to anyone who is not a follower after she received a backlash of rude comments from those who support the Duggar family.

Original court papers obtained by TMZ show that Dillon reported explicit details of her encounter with Duggar during March and April of 2015.

Josh Duggar's social media account postings put him in places other than Philadelphia during that time.

Does that mean that Josh Duggar could win the court case that helped seal his family's fate with TLC, the network cancelling "19 Kids and Counting" in mid-2015?

TLC has not decided whether or not to pursue a formal series once again with the Duggar family, despite recent reports of cameras following the clan to varied Arkansas locals.
