But are they putting themselves and their child at risk for a potential health risk my staying there and continuing with their religious mission?
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently issued a travel warning for women who were pregnant and intending to visit Central America.
In the country, there is a toxic mosquito-driven virus called Zika which can lead to birth defects in children.
The CDC revealed that the virus has been associated with microcephaly, a congenital condition where infants are born with abnormally small heads and underdeveloped brains.
With Israel at the age of nine months, the time would be about right for Jill Duggar to become pregnant again, as per her family's religious beliefs of eschewing any forms of birth control.
But to ensure a safe and healthy pregnancy, will Jill Duggar break her family's strict rules and prevent conception until the Zika virus can be controlled?
"We'd like to suggest to all the women of fertile age that they take steps to plan their pregnancies, and avoid getting pregnant between this year and next," said El Salvador's Deputy Health Minister Eduardo Espinoza in a statement via The Washington Post.

On the Duggar Family fan page, "Duggar Family News: Life is not All Pickles and Hairspray," the question was posed as to whether or not Jill Duggar would adhere to the warnings of both the CDC and El Salvador's Deputy Health Minister.
"El Salvador is now advising women to avoid getting pregnant until 2018. Will Jill follow that advice? Birth control and any type of family planning is evil according to the Duggars. It's interfering with God's will ... Will Jill advise women in El Salvador of childbearing years to use birth control? I can't imagine she would. Jill ignoring or denying the crisis could be a death sentence for a fetus or a lifelong disability," the post reported.
Jill Duggar has not confirmed a new pregnancy on any of her social media pages thus far.
