"Pretty Little Liars" season 6B introduced a new pair, and fans are not happy about it.
Fans were surprised to see how close Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) have become when the show returned for its midseason break. Fans' reactions towards the then would-be copule went south quickly when Spencer admitted to Hanna (Ashley Benson) that she has feelings for Caleb. Fans are now outraged about the seemingly odd pairing. Below are three reasons why.

Many fans have been following the show since its first season. They have seen how the characters have grown and have cried and laughed with them, so it comes as no surprise that they are mad that their favorite couple - Hanna and Caleb - did not end up together.
Hanna has already moved on and is happily engaged, but some fans just can't let the #Haleb ship go down. Even Benson thinks the two are still meant to be together.
In an interview with MTV, Benson said: "I think it will be fun to see Hanna with a new guy because everyone is still team Haleb. It's fun, I'm still team Haleb, I'm like, 'I want them to get back together.'"

2. Spencer broke the Girl Code.
Spencer and Hanna are best friends, and Spencer dating Caleb breaks a sacred rule in girl friendship: Never date your friend's ex.
It's true that they are mature adults now and if it happens that the person making Spencer is Hanna's ex, then it shouldn't be a problem. Caleb and Hanna have broken up a long time ago anyway, and Hanna's about to get married to someone else. But some fans believe it's sad that Spencer's new love interest is a friend's ex.

While there are many fans of Hanna and Caleb's pairing, there are also legions of Spencer-Toby supporters. Many believe that the two still have feelings for each other and are meant to be together. Some even think that the house Toby (Keegan Allen) is for Spencer.
