"Shadowhunters" episode 7, "Major Arcana," saw Clary (Katherine McNamara) finding the coveted Mortal Cup.
After learning in episode 6, "Of Men and Angels," that she has the ability to turn things into drawings simply by pushing them onto paper, Clary assumed that her mother was the one who she got it from. And she remembered where she saw the cup.
With the help of Jace (Dominic Sherwood) and Luke (Isaiah Mustafa), Clary was able to locate the cup. It was in one of her mother's tarot cards. Finding it was not an easy feat, as expected. They were surrounded by demons, but they were able to fight them all off.
Apart from finding the cup, the latest episode also saw a lot of progress or change in the lives of the other characters. Simon (Alberto Rosende) confronted Camille (Kaitlyn Leeb), the head of the New York vampire coven, whom he met a few episodes back.

Camille says Simon's not a vampire, and he's only experiencing the side effects of having another human's blood in his system. Clary's bestfriend didn't have much time to feel relieved, however, because Camille attacked him.
The episode also saw a big change in Isabelle (Emeraude Toubia). The free-spirited Shadowhunter exchanged her skin-baring outfits for a power suit
The biggest progress, aside from finding the Mortal Cup, that fans have been waiting for also happened in the latest episode. Jace and Clary shared their first kiss! Would Alec (Matthew Daddario) feel alright about it now that he's been spending some time with Magnus (Harry Shum Jr.)?
Meanwhile, here are some of the things fans can look forward to seeing in the next episode.
"With word of Alec, Jace and Isabelle's 'extracurricular activities' with Clary reaching The Clave, a convoy is sent to observe the Lightwoods running the New York Institute. Once The Clave representative arrives, it is very clear how much trouble the Lightwoods are in.
Meanwhile, Clary is faced with a devastating decision."
