"Stitchers" season 2 will air on a sad note.
In the finale episode of the show's first season, fans saw Cameron (Kyle Harris) being tried to revive by Ayo (Sola Bamis) while their colleagues gather around him. Cameron stopped his heart in order to find Det. Fisher's (Damon Dayoub) shooter. The act was very dangerous for Cameron, and he may not have survived.

A new video featuring the cast speaking about Cameron's supposed death has also been posted on the show's Facebook page.

In the clip, the cast members share their sadness over Cameron's demise. Some fans, however, do not believe that things have already ended for Cameron.
Apart from Cameron's fate, fans also want to know whether the character was dead or alive on the show's Halloween episode. All their questions will get answers when the show returns, according to series creator Jeffrey Alan Schechter.
Speaking of the Halloween episode, the executive producer told Zap2it, "When we last saw Cameron, he was dead and now in the Halloween episode, he's not dead, or at least he doesn't appear dead. We've created the question of is the Halloween episode, is that within the timeline or is it a total stand-alone episode? And the answer is both."
Schechter added: "There are clues within [the Halloween episode] that start hinting at how it can be both and then we pay it off in episode 1 of season 2. When we hit upon [the idea], we went, 'Oh, this is so much fun.'"
