More scandal has rocked the Duggars.
On Wednesday, Hollywood Life reported that a source came to InTouch Weekly and revealed that an unnamed woman, who lives near Josh Duggar's Arkansas hometown, was sexually assaulted by the TLC reality star in the past.
"After last year's revelations about Josh's molestation scandal, word got around that there was another girl who said she'd been abused by Josh when she was a teenager," the source told the magazine. "The Duggars knew the girl. Michelle [Duggar] was terrified when she heard that this girl was talking about what Josh had done."
The source went on to reveal that, as soon as this news broke, Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle called this woman's parents and immediately asked if legal action would be taken against their family. Lucikly, for the "19 Kids & Counting" stars, the victim was not interested in making money off of this incident.
However, the unnamed woman was clearly affected by Josh's scandal. The site went on to reveal what the victim did, once Josh's scandal hit the news last year.
"She rebelled and left home as soon as she became an adult, another source told the mag, and the news of Josh's cheating scandal last year made her an emotional wreck," the site reported.
Despite the victim's parents telling Jim Bob and Michelle that she was not looking to profit off of this scandal, In Touch Weekly found out that a tell-all book about this unnamed woman could be in the works.
The news of this victim came just one day after Josh's wife, Anna Duggar, gave an update on Josh's treatment program.
"Josh is about to finish up his program, so I'm really excited about that," Anna said on "Jill & Jessa: Counting On." "I can definitely look back on the past few months and say it's been a hard road, but it's been a good road, and I know there's still a lot of work."
