New spoilers for "Grimm" season five, episode 18 revealed that Sergeant Drew Wu is going to tell his friend Nick Burkhardt that he thinks he has become a werewolf after getting scratched by one in "Lycanthropia."
Previously on "Grimm," a werewolf scratched Wu in "Lycanthropia" and he woke up to find leaves all over his rug after he had a vivid dream about running around in the forest during "Inugami."
While Wu originally dismissed his forest adventure as simply a dream, "Grimm" co-executive producer James Kouf hinted that Nick's friend is now a werewolf.
"It's something Wu must learn to control," he said. "We think he can control his new powers. Well, we hope so."
Carter Matt released the official synopsis for episode 18, which is titled "Good to the Bone."
The synopsis revealed that Nick and Hank are going to be called into investigate when a man is found dead with all of his bones missing from his body.
Meanwhile, Wu is going to be forced to deal with a crisis of his own and Hank will reunite with his old flame Zuri.
SpoilerTV added that the official promotional trailer for "Good to the Bone" suggested that Wu is going to be captured by the wesen that removed the dead man's bones from his body.
There is one scene that hinted Wu is going to be knocked unconscious by the wesen and it is possible that this attack will trigger his werewolf side.
Perhaps Wu will transform into a wolf and kill the murderous wesen. It is possible that Nick and Hank are going to find out the truth when they try to rescue their friend.
It will be interesting to see how Nick reacts after learning that Wu was scratched by a werewolf and is now a wesen himself.
"Grimm" season five is currently airing on Friday nights at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
