This week, the 27th Annual GLAAD Media Awards were held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel honoring the best in LGBT media.
Lilly Wachowski made her first public appearance since her transition while accepting the Outstanding Drama Series for Netflix original series "Sense8." Demi Lovato accepted the Vanguard Award and Ruby Rose was presented the Stephen F. Kolzak Award by Taylor Swift, who made a surprised appearance.

"Carol" won for Outstanding Film Wide Release while Amazon Prime's "Transparent" picked up an award for Outstanding Comedy Series. Other winners included reality shows "I Am Cait" and "I Am Jazz." TV movie "Bessie" and musician Troye Sivan.

MTV "Faking It" star Michael Willett was styled by Adeel Khan and stood out in a bold black and white suit by Mr. Turk, a Ted Baker shirt and Dolce and Gabbana shoes.

Zendaya dazzled in a David Koma Spring 2016 navy midi-dress which featured a crystal embellished bodice, a black waistband for a cinched waist and a double split zipper skirt, perfectly styled with navy satin Jimmy Choo sandals.

"Scream Queens" star Keke Palmer donned a glamorous Thai Nguyen Fall 2016 "Riley" black long-sleeve french lace calf-length dress with cascading beaded and a key hole opening back. She completed the look with silver ALDO "Neassa" sandals.
Her co-star Lea Michele went for a softer look with a white lace embroidered Elie Saab Spring 2016 gown with a v-neckline and cut-out double crisscross straps in the back. She accessorized with Brian Atwood sandals.

Taylor Swift skipped the red carpet earlier that night but hit the stage wearing Haney's "Gia" navy long-sleeve gown with side slit and front lace insets from the label's Fall 2016 Collection. She also rocked Melissa Kaye Jewelry Tori Long Earrings and Graziela Gems Mega Swirl Ring in Black.
