While various rumors have been making the rounds about the relationship between Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift, the two have slowly become comfortable with making their dating life public.
The couple hasn’t been afraid to show that they are together, based on the the various Instagram pictures showing PDA.
We’ve spotted Harris and Swift out and about together a variety of times, but now the “Bad Blood” singer is opening up about her relationship.
During a recent interview with Vogue magazine for their May issue, Swift opened up about some of her “short-term goals,” like being “a well-rounded person who can made a good drink” and learning how to “save somebody if they’re drowning.” However, one thing that she really wants to focus on is her steamy relationship with Harris.

Swift revealed she will be spending more time with her boyfriend, saying, “I’m just taking things as they come. I’m in a magical relationship right now. And of course I want it to be ours, and low-key ... This is the one thing that’s been mine about my personal life.”
“You know, I went out on a normal amount of dates in my early 20s, and I got absolutely slaughtered for it,” said Swift. “And it took a lot of hard work and altering my decision-making. I didn’t date for two and a half years. Should I have had to do that? No.”
Swift feels that she doesn’t need to defend her relationships anymore despite what the haters say.
"Ugh. I've had people say really hurtful things about me, and so I've kind of learned how to gauge it: 'This is, like, low-to-medium-level hurtful,'" she says. "There are a lot of really easy ways to dispel rumors. If they say you are pregnant, all you have to do is continue to not be pregnant and not have a baby. If the rumor is that you have fake friendships, all you have to do is continue to be there for each other. And when we're all friends in 15 years and raising our kids together, maybe somebody will look back and go, 'That was kind of ridiculous what we said about Taylor and her friends,'" said Swift.
Swift recently confirmed her relationship with Harris at the iHeart Radio Music Awards earlier this month. During her acceptance speech, the “Out of the Woods” singer talked about her “1989” tour before taking a moment to thank Harris, who reminded us his real name is Adam Wiles.
“For the first time, I had the most amazing person to come home to when the spotlight went out and when the crowds were all gone,” said Swift. “So I want to thank my boyfriend Adam for that and I love you guys so much.”
It’s clear that Swift and Harris are head-over-heels for each other. She also appeared to have had a proud girlfriend moment when Harris picked up the award for Dace Artist of the Year earlier in the show.
