Deepika Padukone is one of the most loved actresses in the Bollywood industry by fans, directors and actors. While she has worked with Shahrukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor and many more, is Salman Khan getting his turn with the “Bajirao Mastani” actress?
Rumors have been circulating for a while that Padukone and Khan were going to star in a film together. The two actors have expressed interest in working with each other for a long time, and now finally they are coming together for a new film, however, there is one condition.
This will be the first time that Khan and Padukone are coming together for a movie, which will be fore Kabir Khan’s untitled film. According to Bollywood Life, when the actress signed the movie opposite of Khan, she was not willing to compromise on work.
“Deepika signed this film with Salman on a condition that Kabir Khan promised her a meaty role. She did not want a small part, which is typical for any Salman movie. She has clearly asked Kabir to be careful of her part in the film,” said a source close to the movie.
According to Filmi Beat, Khan and Padukone will romance each other in Kabir Khan’s next movie, making it a highly anticipated film.
“Salman has signed his next after ‘Sultan’ and will be seen opposite Deepika,” said a source to Bollywood Life. “Kabir’s next would not be a love story, it will be an action thriller.”
Kabir is a close friend of Salman and they have worked together previously in “Ek Tha Tiger” and “Bajrangi Bhaijaan.”
“I share a comfortable working relationship with Salman. Moreover, after two major hits, I am definitely going to make another movie with him. However, right now I cannot tell if it will be my next film or not,” said Kabir.
Padukone has previously expressed numerous times that she would love to with the “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” actor, and now her wish is coming true.
