Tiffany "New York" Pollard may be in for the surprise of her life.
In a sneak peek of episode 4 of "Family Therapy With Dr. Jenn," Tiffany thinks she may be pregnant, so she will take a pregnancy test to find out for sure.
Tiffany must learn the results of this test not only so she can put her mind at ease, but the show's host and head counselor, Dr. Jenn Mann, must make sure Tiffany is taken care of properly.
"Tiffany thinks she may be pregnant and is terrified of how her mother will react, but I need to have her take a test to confirm, because, if in fact she is pregnant, we need to get her proper care," Dr. Jenn explained in her interview for the episode.
One of the show's resident counselors takes Tiffany into a bathroom to take the pregnancy test. Tiffany then reveals that she has already missed her period.
"I'm so nervous right now," Tiffany said, before taking the test.
In her interview for the episode, Tiffany says she is not ready to have a baby at this stage in her life.
"I'm not gonna lie, I'm scared. I am so not prepared for what's to come," the former "I Love New York" star said.
If she is pregnant, Tiffany knows her mother, Sister Patterson, will have a difficult time dealing with it. Tiffany and her mom joined "Family Therapy With Dr. Jenn," because their relationship has been strained, due to Sister Patterson's controlling ways.
"I gotta look how you want me to look," Tiffany said to her mother in the show's trailer. "Why am I not good enough for you?"
Tiffany knows that being pregnant could either make or break her relationship with her mother.
To find out if Tiffany is pregnant, tune in to the new episode of "Family Therapy With Dr. Jenn." The episode, titled "I Am in Crisis," airs Wednesday, Apr. 6, at 8 p.m. on VH1.
